Show A.F. of L Opens flew Attack On U.S. Labor Board DENVER, Oct. 12 MUi The American Federation of Labor today to-day opened an attack on the National Na-tional Labor Relations board by demanding that congress compel recognition of federation craft '. union.s in their warfare against the rebel Committee for Industrial organization. The action was taken by the 57 th annual convention preparatory prepara-tory to issuance of formal charges that the board has "favored" the John L. Lewia insurgents in making- decisions regarding plant elections elec-tions in which employees choose between the rival labor factions. At the same time, Secretary John R Frey of the Resolutions committee, said that a congressional congress-ional investigation of labor board setup "from top to bottom" would be justified by the committee report re-port on the alleged favoritism of the board toward the CI.O.
