The non-stop flight of three Russians from Moscow across the Arctic to the Pacific coast provides pro-vides the theme of a stamp for issuance in November. A map of the route flown and portraits of the pilot, Chkaloff, Beliakoff and Baidukoft' will form the design. It will be offered in 10, 20, 40, and 50 kopec values.
