Show Welsh of S. L Will Celebrate St. David's Day in Dinner Fete An observance dating back, to 1892,. when Salt Laka City was but five years old, will be renewed here Mondsy, when local Welsh celebrate St David s day. Sponsored by the Cambrian association, as-sociation, ths observance will be held at a dinner program at 7 p. m. at the Hotel Utah. Old Welsh songs will be featured. Frank Evans, attorney, at-torney, will be the speaker and Dr. George Thomas, prealdent of ' the University of Utah, will bs toaat-master. toaat-master.
