'y There was about $450 ' damage to the Chevrolet and none to the Ford. Shepardson was charged iot with driving under the J1 influence of intoxicating liquor- 1)1 On March 1 at 12:15 , p.m. on East Center, at Andrew K. Steen, driving ?! a 1977 Chevrolet, backed into a 1973 Oldsmobile driven by Sara Jane Bow-f Bow-f man. There was about uii $300 damage to the Olds- mobile. Rosalie Robertson, a :k passenger in the Chacon U; , vehicle, was injured and is ecti being treated at Allen nisi Memorial Hospital, njt,, Also March 3 at 12:30 !lee p.m. on Center Street, e; Kenneth D. Wilson was m. backing a 1978 Ford pick-pnj' pick-pnj' up and hit a 1970 Chevro- let driven by Don Eugene Bailey. There was about $50 damage to the Chevrolet Chev-rolet and none to the Ford. No citations were issued. On March 4 at 1:30 a.m. at 136 South 4th East, Barbara Lynn Berthelet was driving a 1969 Volkswagen Volks-wagen and ran into a 1977 Pontiac belonging to , David Gallegos. There was several hundred dollars damage to the VW and about $3,000 damage to the Pontiac. Ms. Berthelet Ber-thelet was cited for driving dri-ving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. On March 5 at 10:30 p.m. at 4th East and 2nd South, Guy Raymond Farmer, driving north on 4th East in a 1976 Chevy pickup, was hit by a 1967 Ford driven by Patrick Grant Buckingham as he pulled from a driveway. There was about $500 damage to the Ford and about $300 damage to the Chevrolet. Buckingham was cited for failure to yield right of way. On March 2, Cindy Johnson reported a theft of $45 from her locker at Grand County High. On March 5th there was about $225 in vandalism committed at Moab Swim Center with a BB gun. F On March 6 a window in 1 the Adult Probation and Parole office in the Energy Building was broken by a rock. Estimated loss is $40. Also March 6, Joe Dowd reported a rear window of his pickup had been shot out with a BB gun. Damage was about $75. On March 5 Glenda Wilkinson reported a theft of about $1,000 in household house-hold items taken from a mobile home at the Bunnell Bun-nell Mobile Home lot. On March 6 Delgarno Transportation Trans-portation Company, 321 North Main, reported the theft of between $500-600 in tools to the Police Department. |
