Show SEAL SALE DRIVE STARTSNOV. 30 Campaign This Year Will Be Conducted by Mail Instead of by Personal Solicitation The Christmas Seal Sale will commence in Washington county Friday, November 30, and will be conducted this year by mail instead of personal solicitation. Over 650 letters will be mailed S ISTMAEE7iS $ to families and business houses in Washington county by the local committee, together with a small number of stamps, the pay for which is to be remailed to the committee on the receipt of the letter. A self-addressed envelope will be enclosed with the latter for the convenience of th recipient. It is expected by the committee in charge of Washington county that every one of the requests will be responded to and that this county will go "over the top 100 per cent." If $500 or over is realized in Washington county, 40 per cent of the money will remain in the county to be used under the direction of the committee; 30 per cent of any amount less than $500 will remain here, the balance to be sent to Salt Lake City headquarters to be used in fighting the great white plague. Stamps are now in the hands of the committee, and posters for advertising ad-vertising the campaign also have been received. The Gleaner girls will assist the committee in preparing pre-paring the stamps for mailing. The following have charge of the tha .
