Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, November 8, 1928. Notice is hereby given that Chas. H. Esplin, whose post office address is Cedar City, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 5 c. f. s. of water from Clear Creek in Kane County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 700 ft. N. of the Shi cor. of Sec. 3.T.41 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & ML, and conveyed con-veyed by means of a ditch a distance of 2 miles where it will be used during the entire year for the irrigation of 240 acres of land embraced in the S-SEVi, S-SEVi, Sec. 15, NN Sec. 22, T. 41 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. As much water as may be necessary will be used during the entire year for domestic do-mestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10489. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
