Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, November 8, 1928. Notice is hereby given that J. D. Hopkins, whose post office address is Cedar City, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .0088 c. f. s. of water from Redd Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears 2750 ft. N. and 369 ft. W. of the NVi cor. of Sec. 16, T. 39 S., R. 11 W., S. L. B. & M., and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 89 ft. where it will be used from May 1st to Dec. 1st of each year for the watering of 4000 head of tfieep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No 10465. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
