'Give the money back', state tells Golden West On Feb. 15, 1985 a preliminary injunction was issued against Golden West Airlines by an action taken in Salt Lake District Court by the Utah Consumer Protection Division. The airline was enjoined from advertising or selling air transportation from Salt Lake City to Hawaii. The U.S. Department of Transportation, Washington, D.C., also filed an action against Golden West Airlines in which Kevin M. Von Feldt, operator of the airline, was ordered to return all monies and uncashed checks to consumers. All credit cards were to be credited for the amount paid for reservations to Hawaii. Any Utah resident who has not receiyed a refund or the return of his uncashed check is asked to contact Ardis K. Smith, investigator, Utah Consumer Protection Division, 530-6601.
