Show Mtfiinsoirfies James Floyd Kinsey James Floyd Kinsey died March 1 in a Heber City hospital. He was 82. He was born Aug. 1, 1902 in Park City to James and Margaret Shelton Kinsey. He married Viola Giles on July 30, 1931 in Nephi. The union was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 10, 1932. She died on Dec. 15, 1971. Kinsey was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in the Heber Second Ward bishopric and as Wasatch Stake clerk. He was employed 36 years for the Utah State Road Department. He loved gardening and was active in genealogy. He is survived by daughters, Mrs. Larry (Joan) Duke (of Heber), and Mrs. Bert (Margaret Gaye) Webster (Twin Falls, Idaho); brother Alvin Kinsey (of Kaysville); eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held Monday at the Heber Fourth Ward Chapel. Burial was in Midway Cemetery. ' |
