Judge Booth made the following orders and rendered the following decisions: The State of I'tuh vs. Elizabeth aioore. statutory offense, defendent ordered to appear in court for resentence December Decem-ber IS, 1000. Stcna Swenson, administrator, vs. Minnie Min-nie Supuldlng, defendant, given to December De-cember 5 in which to prepare, serve and tile motion for a new trial. In the ca.se of Milton C. Miles, trustee, trus-tee, et nl vs. I'nitcd States Ozocerite company. Judge Booth rendered decision, giving the plaint IK. the Salt Lake Hardware Hard-ware company, judgment for Its claim and as to the Ozocerite company as plaintiff, plain-tiff, on cross-complaint, no cause of action. ac-tion. The dlcision says that the noLes and mortgage given by the officers of the Oz&eerlie company to members of the company were fraudulent and therefore there-fore void, but the court states that this does not preclude any legal or lawful claim which the officers or directors of the company may hold against thu company. The case of Don C. Fullmer vs. The Town of Mapleton was continued for honrlng until December IS, 1000. In tho case of David M. McDaniel vs. John Z. Little et al. Involving the right to the use of tho waters of Wodsworth creek, near American Fork, thu court rendered a decision giving tho plaintiff one-half the water flowing through the measuring box near Iverson's mill, on Wadsworth creek. Elecn M. Clifford has begun suit for divorce in the district court against Harry T. Clifford, on the ground of failure to provide. Mrs. Clifford alleges In her complaint com-plaint thai she was married to the defendant de-fendant September 20, 1005. at Salt Lake City, and that In September, 1006. he deserted her and has since failed to provide the necessaries of life. Besides the divorce Mrs. Clifford asks for 50 as attorney fees and for costs. There are no children. Frank Harry Hamilton was arraigned before Justice Noon today on two charges of forgery. Tho aged man waived the reading of the complaints, and also waived a hearing, and was bound over for trial In the district court and his bond was fixed at 1000. In default of which he was turned over to the sheriff. Hamilton is charged with passing a worthless check for ?25 at tho New York-Clothing York-Clothing company's store here and attempting at-tempting to pass another bad check for ?10 at two or three saloons. The boy. Arthur Terry, who was arrested ar-rested with Hamilton, will he released and subpoenaed as a witness..
