Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, January 30, 1931. Notice is hereby given that the Enterprise Reservoir and Canal Company, whose principal place of business is Enterprise, Utah, '. has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to change the location of the center of impounding im-pounding dam, points of rediver-sion rediver-sion and place of use of 4.000 acre feet of water from Grassy Flat and Cave Canyon in Washington Wash-ington County, Utah. The water is diverted from said creeks as heretofore at a point N. 90 W. 525 ft. from the SE cor. Sec. 2 and N. 70 30' W. 955.8 ft. from the S!i cor. Sec. 3, both in T. 38 S., R. 18 W., S. L. B. & M. and stored in a reservoir the center of the impounding dam of which was erroneously described as being be-ing located at a point 1300 ft. N. and 800 ft. E. of the SW cor. Sec. 34, T. 37 S., R. 18 W., S. L. B. & M. After being released it was intended in-tended to redivert the water at a point S. 3540 ft. and 1500 ft. W. of the NW cor. It is now proposed to divert the water from said creeks as heretofore hereto-fore and store in the same reservoir res-ervoir the center' of the impounding impound-ing dam of which is correctly described de-scribed as 980 ft. N. and 800 ft. E. of the SW cor. said Sec. 34 and to redivert same at two points in lieu of one, particularly described de-scribed as S. 3540 ft. and 1500 ft. W. of NW cor. Sec. 16, T. 37 S., R. 17 W., and 1200 ft. E. of NE cor. said Sec. 16 and use as a supplemental supply to irrigate 4200 acres of land embraced in SWOTK, Pt. W'NWSWM, Sec. 26; Pt. SWNEVi, ESE, SWSEM.
