Show LEGION Fig Clarence Baker Will Meet Lazella Stucki of Santa Clara in Main Event Six Round Boxing Match The boxing and WTestling card, to be staged by the American Legion Le-gion at the Wadsworth theater next Monday night is now complete. com-plete. Several good bouts are in prospect. The main event will be a six-round six-round fight between Clarence Ba ker of St. George and Lazelle Stucki cf Santa Clara. Preliminary Prelimi-nary boxing bouts of four rounds each will bring together Walter Christian and Verl Kelsey; Elmer Christian and Evan Woodbury, and Antone Bowler and Grant Bowler. Three preliminary wrestling bouts with 30-minute time limits, will be staged as follows: Ray Nelson vs. Lewis Pectol, Howard Cannon vs. Leon Freh-ner Freh-ner and Carl Cragun vs. Sirls Terry. Ter-ry. General admission will be 25c and 50c, and reserved seats 75c. General admission tickets will be on sale at the door the night of the bouts and the reserved are on sale at the three drug stores and at Wadsworth's fountain. The first eight rows in the cen- ter aisle in the main auditorium have .been reserved. The next seven sev-en rows in the center aisle and the first eight rows on the sides are in the 50c division, and the rest of the seats on the main floor are 25c. In the balcony the first two rows are reserved and the rest will be sold for 25c. It is requested that there be no smoking in the building during the bouts, but there will be a 10 minute intermission when those who wish may leave the building. The Legion especially invites the ladies to attend. |
