Show PHONE CO. PLANS IMPROVEMENTS Six blocks of new aerial cable will be installed by the Mountain States Telephone company in St. George, according to word received by Dilworth Snow, local manager, man-ager, from headquarters in Denver. Den-ver. The work will be done in May, it is stated. Wires will be replaced by cable along the following blocks: From the telephone office corner to the 'Jos. W. Judd corner, 100 pairs of cable enclosed wires. At the Judd I corner the cable will branch and fifty pairs will be carried by cable ca-ble south for two blocks, and 50 pairs will be carried north three blocks. The new work when completed will do away with the congested condition of transmission lines on j these blocks and will tend to im- I prove service in the wen anr" ! northwest part cf town.
