Last Spring e-had hopes of seeing a new school house erected in Spring City. At present all those joyous anticipations regarding the bnildlug of a "temple cf learning" have fled, The reason is, no one seems interested enough in the mat ter to bring the question before the people, peo-ple, What is the matter with oar pedagogues? peda-gogues? It seems as thocgh they should manifest some interest in this matter. Let somione agitate the question. Nij one denies our needing a school house. The only question to be settled is. "shall we tax ourselves for the purpose of furfj ishing a suitable place for our children to be educated in?" By all means let us do so. a community is judged by its churches and school houses.
