PEERY ESTATE TO ERECT NEW BUILDING SALT LAKE, April 20. Plans are belns made for a new three-story bnildins on the Peery, corner of West Temple and Third South streets by the Perry estate. Tho plans for the building aro being drafted by Irving Goodfellow nnd show a modern structure struc-ture which will be used for stores on the lower floor and a modern hotel or rooming house on the upper floors. Tho building will hae a frontage of 2i".S foot on Third South street and 108 feet on West Temple. A hotel 'lobby Is provided for the lower floor and will bo of tbe marble finish. The 8tnictiiro is to cost $150,000.
