Show Truck-Car Crash Injures Local Woman Mrs. Lloyd Tregaskis received several broken ribs and cuts and bruises when the car in which she was riding was side-swiped by a coal truck Saturday night about 10 o'clock near Pleasant Grove. Mr. and Mrs. Tregaskis with Mr. and Mrs. John Varney were traveling travel-ing south in the Varney car and were about to make the turn onto the new highway just north of Pleasant Grove when a coal truck, driven by Sevell Haflmer of Salt Lake City, struck them. Mrs. Tregaskis, Tre-gaskis, who was the most seriously injured, was rushed to the American Pork hospital, where her condition is reported as improving. Mrs. Varney Var-ney was cut badly on the forehead and bruised and shaken. The driver of the truck was not injured. Damage Dam-age to the car ran into several hundred hun-dred dollars. . o |
