TOQUERVILLE Mrs. Florence Thayne of Salt Lake City is here visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Bringhurst. The M. I. A. held a Christmas party Tuesday evening. Dancing, Danc-ing, games, and refreshments of popcorn balls and candy were enjoyed by all. Mrs. Jennie Lamb, instructor of the Adult class, entertained the members of the class Wednesday Wed-nesday night with songs and delicious de-licious lunch. C. P. Leamaster of Salt Lake visited here Monday. The school is putting on two Christmas operettas. They will play them Wednesday night at La Verkin and Friday night 'here. Andrew Olds came In yesterday to visit his family for Christmas. Harry Slack and A. P. Spills-bury Spills-bury spent Saturday in St. George looking over the race horses. Rulon Beatty is leaving today for Los Angeles to spend the Christmas holidays. Mrs. McCloyd Lauritzen spent Tuesday visiting her father, J. T. Beatty.
