Show oo SUES FOR A COMMISSION The National Sales company, represented rep-resented by William McFell, has commences com-mences suit against the Baron company com-pany to recover $980.58 alleged to be due as commissions for the sale of certain goods in the Globo clothing store of this city. The plaintiff alleges that In June of this year ho undertook to make a special spe-cial sale of cortaln merchandise at the Globe store, belonging to the defendant defend-ant company, at a commission of 20 per cent and that In seven days he sold $1,492 15 worth of goods and would have sold much more than that had the defendant not stopped the sale. McFell claims that the commissions op the sales made and the damage which accrued to him by virtue of the defendant stopping the sale amounted to the sum prayed for. |
