Show Vu COURT HOLDS A li i y 11 1 SESSION To dispose of probate and motion calendar business, Judge Howell held a night session of court last evening, beginning at S o'clock. The business transacted had to do with both divisions divis-ions of the district court, Judge Harris Har-ris being in the east at this time. Hearing on tho motion to set the case for trial In the case of the Ricky Mountain Stud Farm company against I-I. H. Lunt, et al., was continued Indefinitely. In-definitely. The matter will bo taken up at the convenience of the attorneys. attor-neys. The hearing of the demurrer in the case of O. J. StUwell against Ocden city was continued until July 5. Tho demurrer in the case of William Wil-liam J. Critcblow against George E. Cross, was overruled and tho defendant defend-ant given ten days in which to answer. an-swer. A large number of other cases on the motion calendar were rassed for future consideration. In the matter of the estate of Rob-erter Rob-erter Hunter, deceased, the petition for approval, allowance and settlement settle-ment of annual account and report, was granted. The petition for the sale of real estate es-tate in the estate of George Alfred -Amldan, a minor, was continued for hearing until Junly 5, at which time Judge Harris is expected to be in court. In the estate of Howard Green-well, Green-well, deceased, the petition for approval, ap-proval, allowance and settlement of final account and for distribution, discharge dis-charge and close of the estate was granted and the bondsmen ordered released. Hearing on the petition for confirmation confirm-ation of sale of real estate In the matter mat-ter of the estate of Henrietta Wher-rett, Wher-rett, deceased, was continuod one week. In the estate of Henry Spendlow, deceased, the court granted the petition peti-tion for approval, allowance and settlement set-tlement of final account, distribution, discharge, release of bondsmen and close of tho estate. Hearing on the petition for letters of administration In the estate of George Kouvales, deceased, was continued con-tinued one week. Petition for letters of administration in the estate of Robert Simpson was granted. In the matter of the estate of Henry C. Holtgren, deceased, the hearing o'f the petition for lotters testamentary was continued for one week. The petition for approval, allowance allow-ance and settlement of final account, for distribution, discharge and release re-lease in the estate of Daniel A. Murray, Mur-ray, deceased, was granted. In the guardianship of the estate of Robort A. Murray, et al, minors, the petition for letters of guardianship was granted, and Mrs. Mary E. Murray was appointed to the position.
