Bateman and Benjamin Bates, which was argued In the Supreme court yesterday, involves the rights and powers pow-ers of school trustees In renting school buildings for a dance. The lower court rendered a decision In favor of the defendants and refused to grant an Injunction restraining the trustees trus-tees of the Alpine school from renting the hall for thl purpose mentioned. J. W. N. Whltecotton argued the matter mat-ter for the appellant and the respondents submitted the case upon briefs. |
