Show TEN .THOUSAND MEN NOW IDLE IN DENVER ' . DENVER,1 May 20. Committees representing rep-resenting the printers, business men and .citizen's alliance spent the morning morn-ing in conference, endeavoring to get together on a method of arbitrating the labor troubles in this city, but no agreement agree-ment has yet been reached. One hundred hun-dred and ten stove handlers and derrick men and 150 sheet metal-workers Joined the ranks of the strikers today. The total number of Idle union men in this city now Is about 10,000. At tbe request of Attorney Harry Cohen for the committee of organized labor Judge Hallett continued the hearing hear-ing in the Federal court on the injunction injunc-tion requested by the transfer-men against striking teamsters until next Wednesday. |
