Show SHIPPING TO START FROM CEDAR-TALISMAN Under the new two-years' lease recently re-cently secured by H. S. Joseph, the Cedar-Talisman will begin shipping lead ore Saturday, is the word the new lessee brings up from Beaver county. He has a force of eleven men, will send down three more today, to-day, and shortly expects to have at least twenty men working on ore. The ore to ship this week is coming com-ing from the 225 level. Mr. Joseph estimates that he has 500 to 600 tons there. The ore carries about 20 per cent lead and 10 ounces silver, am! is estimated around $32 a ton. The boarding houses are being placed in good shape for the increasing increas-ing force and the expectation is to make the Talisman a steady shipper.
