Show RECEIVER FOR CREOLE It begins to appear that Creole Mining company stockholders will get a run for their money in the near future. During the week a number of local stockholders were in conference confer-ence with a prominent firm of local attorneys. It is known that a plan of action has been decided on. A petition, by stockholders, "will be presented to the district court ' asking that a receiver be appointed for the Creole Mining company. It is stated that the petition will contain con-tain allegations of mismanagement and dereliction on the part of the company's directors to the extent that the company's assets have been and are being frittered away. It is also stated that the petition will recite re-cite the company's ownership of valuable val-uable unpatented ground may be allowed al-lowed to lapse because of lack of work being done on It. Haire, president of the Creole Mining company, when asked by a representative of the Mining, Oil and Industrial Record, if the petition for a receiver would be contested said that it would not be contested by him.
