Notice if hereby fiven that at a 'meeting of the Board of )irectors, held on Wednesday, the 25tb day of November, A. D. 1885, an assessment of three (3) cents per share was levied upon the capital stock of the corporation, payable pay-able Immediately to Charles Read, Treasurer of the company, at his office. No. 11 E. First ! South street, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock j upon which this assessment may remain un-i un-i paid on Wednesday, the 30th day of December. A. D. 1885, will be delinquent, and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment I is made before, will be sold on Wednesday, the 1 20th day of January, A.
