Mitchener, whose postoffice address is Stockton, Tooele connty, Utah Territory, has made application for a United States Patenf for the Boston No. 2 Lode mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Min- ing District, Tooele county, Utah Territory, i consisting of 810 linear feet of the lode, and sur- . ! face ground 20O feet wide, being Lot No. 82, and described in the field notes and plat of the ' official survey on file in tht3 office, with mag- ! netic variation at 17 degrees east, as fol- ; ! lows: Commencing at comer pot No. 1 of i the Boston No. 2 claim, runninr; N 17 degrees E ' 200 feet to post No. 2; thence N 73 degrees W 810 feet to Post No. 3; thence S 17 degrees Y 200 feet to Post No. 4; thence S 73 degrees E 810 ; i feet to Post No. 1 of the exterior boundary ! lines of the surface ground of this claim, containing con-taining an area of 3.185 acres, after excluding : therefrom the areas in conflict with Lot 63, the Quandary claim, 0.301 acres, and Lot 54, the Katherine claim, 0.233 acres.
