Show Mackey Heads Chamber Vetii'W. Mackcy " var eTeccd president of the Sugar House chamber of commerce this week, by the board of directors. Neuman C. Petty was chosem first vice president, Mrs. Frankie-Nielson, Frankie-Nielson, second vice president, and' Neisen R. Bank, retiring president, , was elected treasurer. D. James. Cannon was re-named executive secretary. Seven major committees were named, with a member of the directorate direc-torate heading each. They are: Parking committee, Mr. Petty,, chairman; Retail trades, S. Morgan: Sorensen; membership, Stephen C-Richards; C-Richards; Public affairs, John C. Barnes; finance, Mr. Bank; pro-, gress and publicity, Mrs. Nielson,, and business development, Mr.. Mackey. Each chairman will appoint active ac-tive chamber members to assist him wun nis respeuLive piugiam. Th chamber will swing into action ac-tion on its 1952-53 program with its next meeting the third Tuesday in October. |
