HAAG, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT, DANIEL A. HAAG: You are hereoy summoned and required to serve upon MOLL, DARLEY & SCOTT, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 314 Pacific Pa-cific National Life Bldg., Salt Lake City, Utah, an answer to the complaint com-plaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint, which has been filed wfth the Clerk of the above-entitled Court. This is an action on a promissory note demanding judgment in the amount of $294.80 principal and accrued interest, together with interest in-terest on $244.05 from and after the 21st day of September, 1953, until date of judgment at the rate of 3 per month, together with plaintiff's costs incurred herein; this action involves a 1941 Buick Automobile and other personal property now under attachment in this action.
