Show Halloween Fetes a Success There have been few complaints com-plaints from Sugar House merchants mer-chants and residents concerning waxed windows and other property prop-erty damage on Halloween. It is felt that much credit for the absence of malicioty mischief Monday night may be attributed to the huge bonfire party at Fairmont Park, sponsored spon-sored by the Sugar House Rotary Ro-tary Club and the Fairmont Boys and Girls Club. 5M) Kills Chairman Paul Pehrson stated that approximately 500 boys and girls were entertained at the festivities. He expresses his appreciation to all those who aided in making the evening a success and to the boys and girls for their fine cooperation. The annual neighborhood party at the Libbie Edward I School is also reported to have been highly successful. 1200 Parents, Kids More than twelve hundred parents and teachers attended the fete. Committee chairmen were Morris Cannegetier and Joseph Hansen. |
