Mumps led the list of communicable commun-icable diseases with a total of 445 cases, this is 101 cases more than were reported last week and 353 cases more than reported for the same period one year ago. A decrease in the number of cases of scarlet fever is noted, a total of 23 cases being reported as compared with 43 cases for the previous week. For the corresponding cor-responding period one year ago only 5 case were reported. Brigham and Cedar City and the following counties reported no disease for the week: Cache, Daggett, Emery, Grand, Morgan, Iron, Juab, Rich, San Juan and Uintah. |
