I The new customer-grocer campaign cam-paign is the outgrowth of discussions dis-cussions which have been carried on for several months by the OPA with- industry advisory com-mittees com-mittees and with consumer and labor groups. The new ruling applies to all special shoe stamps. Just like all other shoe stamps, they no longer have expiration dates. |
