Show STERLING FURNITURE COMPANY TO OPEN j NEW STORE Helping to make Sugar House "The Furniture Center of the city" a new furniture store will open its doors Monday Morning to the furniture buying public. The store to be operated by the fourth generation of the Madsen family, who have had 66 years of experience in the furniture business in Utah is located at the corner of Eleventh East and Twenty-First South street. The new Sterling Furniture Company store will be managed by R. W. Madsen, Jr., and salesmen sales-men who will assist are Marlow L. Crabtree, sales manager; Austin Aus-tin B. Hunter, Melvin M. Miller, and Lloyd O. Stohl. Mr. Madsen announced that the store will be one of three Sterling Furniture stores and will be one of the finest furniture stores in the city. S20.000 has been spent in remodeling the building and equiping it with modern lighting effects. One of the feature attractions attrac-tions of the new store is the twelve individual units built in the store windows in each of which an entire room ensembles can be displayed. The entire basement base-ment will be used for store rooms. A large parking lot has been excavated and new rond.vnys made in the rear of the building to accomodate patrons.
