Show Nov. 9, 1950 Editor, Roosevelt Standard, Roosevelt, Utah Dear Sir: I just wondered how my Uncle Un-cle Jack Redmond and his deer hunting came along this year. We don't have an open season sea-son on deer in Indiana, but we got together and had something better. When the smoke cleared away and all the votes were counted we had certainly got more than our quota of Democrats. Only a few got into office and they were the local boys that we felt sorry for. The only reason we let the Governor alone was that he's an old man and still has two years to serve. We hope to complete the clean up in two years and move the piano playing, whiskey drinking gentleman from Missouri back home. You also woke up and elected a Senator. I cut the picture of the Shrine hospital out and nailed it up. I hope to drop in Salt Lake and look it over and meet a Brother Shriner, the Governor of Utah. Yours truly, Wm.
