Show Women Sought By Army lYledical Corps For the first time in the 175-year 175-year history of the Army Medical Med-ical service, women are now eligible for Reserve commissions in all it corps. While commissions were formerly form-erly restricted to the Army Nurse and Women's Medical Specialist Corps, a new department depart-ment of the army ruling now makes appointments available to qualified women doctors, dentists den-tists and veterinarians. Appointments may be made in grades of lieutenant through colonel in the Army Medical, Denial and Veterinary Corps i Reserve. Certain grades and classifications of medical spe-j spe-j cialists may apply for immediate extended active duty, the Army announced.
