Show Stella Underwood Former Resident Dies In S.L.C. Word was received on Saturday Satur-day of last week that Mr. Jess McCarrell, of Myton, had passed away on Friday, in a Salt Lake hospital. The McCarrells were old residents of Gusher, before moving to Myton. We are glad to announce that two of our boys from the Navy service are home for the holiday holi-day season. They are, Billie Arnold, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Arnold, and Arlan Jensen, Jen-sen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dallis Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Clark and children, of Woodie Creek, Colo., are spending the holidays with relatives. Alex Duvall and Albert Sem-ken Sem-ken made a business trip to Vernal Ver-nal on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Dahl-berg, Dahl-berg, of Salt Lake, are spending the weekend with relatives. Leonard Farnsworth has employment em-ployment at Price. Those visiting at the Alex Duvall home the past week were Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Williams and daughter Lois of American Fork.Mr. Williams and Mrs. Lucy Duvall are brother and sister, and the Misses Shirley and Betty Chamberlain, of Park City. Mrs. Robina Ferguson received re-ceived word a few days ago that her granddaughter, Beverly Bever-ly Ferguson of Provo, had been operated on for appendicitis. She is able to be home from the hospital at this writing. Mrs. T. Gilbert, of Utahn, is here visiting her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Gilbert. |
