Show Funerals THELMA WALLIS RUPPEL Mrs. Thelma Wallis Ruppel, 42, of Roosevelt, wife of William Wil-liam H. Ruppel, Jr., died Saturday Sat-urday at 3:15 p. m. in a Salt Lake City hospital of asthma. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Monday in Salt Lake City by Ted C. Jacobsen, bishop, Bonneville LDS ward. Burial was in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Me-morial park. Mrs. Ruppel was born March 22, 1907, in Rexburg, Idaho, a daughter of James H. and Elizabeth Eliza-beth Todd Wallis. Educated in Salt Lake City, she was ma?ried to William Henry Ruppel, Sept. 14, 1935, in Salt Lake City, and since has made her home in Roosevelt. Roos-evelt. She was active in civic j affairs, and was a member of the LDS church. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are three sons, John ' Robert, Richard Bruce, and Vil-1 iliam Henry Ruppel, III, Roos-'evelt; Roos-'evelt; three brothers, John A. Wallis, Ogden; Robert H. Wallis, Long Beach, Calif.; William B. Wallis, Vernal; six sisters, Mrs. George H. Harrison, Mrs. Jessie Jes-sie D. Robison, Roosevelt; Mrs L. T. Wright, Mrs. G. Maurice Romney, and Mrs. Dan L. Wall, 'Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Allen Edstrom, Salem, Ore. J THOMAS EDWARD HADDEN MYTON Funeral services for Thomas Edward Hadden, 72, of Myton, were conducted Mon-iday Mon-iday at 1 p. m. in the Myton jward chapel, with Bishop Syerl I Dennis in charge. I Speakers were J. Harold El-i El-i dredge, Owen Wright, and Porker Por-ker Merrill. Vocal selections included in-cluded solo numbers by Floyd Ross, accompanied by Mrs. Ross, and by a mixed quartet from 'Duchesne, accompanied by Mrs. Fern Moffitt. Burial was in the Utahn cemetery, with Wil-mer Wil-mer Murray dedicating the, grave. j Mr. Kadden died Thursday, . Jan. 5, in a Salt Lake City , hospital of a lingering illness. He was born at Joseph. Utah, Feb 21, 1877. He married Alta Harvood, May 7, 1907, at Des-. ert Lake, and moved to Du-1 chesne county soon thereafter, where he farmed until ill health , forced his retirement three years ago.
