Show Electric Company j involved In Four Damage Suits Four civil suits for judgment against the Moon Lake Electric Ass'n., Inc., of Altamont, have been filed in the District Court at Duchesne. Cause of action in these cases involves a three-vehicle three-vehicle accident which accurred approximately at 11:45 a.m. on June 27, 1953. on public highway high-way 64 in Rio Blanco County, Colo., approximately 7.2 miles west of the junction of Colorado Highway 64-387, or approximately approxi-mately 12, miles west of Rangely, Colo. Plaintiffs in the cases alleges that a company-owned flat bed truck, operated by Virgil Udell Allred, a company employee, was the cause of the collisions. . Hal Keeble, deceased, was a passnger in a Chrysler passenger passen-ger car operated by Ralph Francis Fran-cis Chrysler; Thomas William Greenhaw, deceased, was a passenger pas-senger in a Chevrolet pickup truck; Herbert Ingersoll, a minor 18 years of age. was a passenger in the Chrysller passenger pas-senger car; Ivan Duane Ellif ritz,' a minor 13 years of age, was a passenger in the Chevrolet pickup. |
