Show .dttonalt Mrs. Elhel Beebe Farmers Sign The farmers signed up for their 1954 conservation programs pro-grams in the ward hall, Monday, Jan. 11th. Among the officers present were Reed Lyons, Grant Bleazard, Fred Goodrich and J. Arthur Timothy. Milton Anderson, Boyd Young and Hardy Perkins made a business bus-iness trip to Tabiona, Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Reese left during the week for a trip to Florida. Ernest Mecham, of Upalco, was in Altonah several days during the week installing storm windows and doors. Glade Timothy has purchased a new GMC pickup. Mr. and Mrs. Delos Bird, of Salt Lake City, arrived here during the" weekend. Mrs. Bird is going to stay with her parents par-ents Mr. and Mrs. Linford Max-field, Max-field, while Mr. Bird and Delar Maxfield go to California to find employment. They left Sunday Sun-day afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Burgess returned home Saturday from a business trip to Salt Lake City and Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Mitchell and Mrs. Wanda Allred, of Upalco, Upal-co, and Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Mitchell visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Allred one evening last week. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Smith spent Sunday visiting Mr. and Mrs. Willard Smith, of My ton. Mr. and Mrs. Von Timothy and sons, Leon and Dean, of I Bonanza, visited relatives in Altonah, Saturday. Ruth Allred and Pfc. Rex Allred accompanied Mrs. Wanda Allred, of Upalco. to Rangely, Colo., Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Murray and daughter, of Bluebell, were visitors at Sacrament meeting, Sunday. Mr. Murray was a speaker. |
