Show Funerals FRITZ SCHLEINITZ MYTON Fritz Schleinitz I 74, of Myton, died Monday eve-(ning eve-(ning in St. Marks hospital, Salt Lake City, where he was taken, May 23. Born June 19, 1875, in Zurich, Zur-ich, Switzerland, of wealthy and influential parentage, he came to the United States as a youth, then returnd to Switzerland to serve in the army. After completing com-pleting his term of military service, ser-vice, he returned to the United States and took out his naturalization natural-ization papers. He received his education at Bern, Switzerland, and at Ber-lin Ber-lin and Paris. One of the Basin's early settlers, set-tlers, Mr. Schleinitz operated a business in Myton during the town's early days. At the time of his death he was living at the Davenport hotel, Myton, but for several years had spent his summers at the M- A- Smith ranch, on Deep Creek, He never married, and so far as is known has no living relatives. rel-atives. Requiem mass for Mr. Schleinitz will be celebrated Friday, June 9, at 10 a. m. at St. Helen's Catholic church, in Roosevelt, Father Wendell Leut-mer Leut-mer officiating. Funeral services will be held in the Myton LDS chapel at 1 p. m. Friday. Interment In-terment will be in the Myton city cemetery, |
