Show ieetcn-Semett Mrs. Fern Houston Ward Gold, Green : Ball Queen Was Donna Hall Donna Hall reigned over the Bennett ward Gold and Green ball held at the L.D.S. ward chapel on April 24. Her escort was Kenneth Long, who also presented Queen Donna with her crown. The theme of the ball was "America, The Beautiful," Beauti-ful," and decorations were along the patriotic line. Crown bearer i was Douglas Bolton and the flower girls were Margaret Horrocks, Hor-rocks, Rolene Springer. RaVar Hall and Beverly Long. j The floor show consisted of two dances, the Flower Girl, and Cotton Eyed Jo. The theme song, America, The Beautiful, was sung by Kay Bowen and Carol Hall. Participating in the flag dance were Kay Bowen, Bertha Bolton and Carol Hall. "Your Land and My Land" was sung by Patsy Gray. Arda Caldwell's orchestra supplied the music for the dance. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Bolton Bol-ton have returned to their home in Tremonton, after having spent a week with Mr. and Mrs John Bolton. Stake officers, Mrs. R. V. Larson, Lar-son, Mrs. Howard Ivory and Mrs. Ellen Rawlings, visited our Gold and Green ball. Two dances, Cotton-Eyed Joe, and The Flower Girl, were danced at the Dance Festival at the Roosevelt stake house, Friday night. Many from here attended.
