Show BRIDGELAND , Mrs. Sbelby Lisonbee Dies In Murray Word has been received that Mrs. Jane Murphy who has been making her home in Murray with her daughter, Mrs. Vernatta Meyer passed away Monday. Mrs. Murphy Mur-phy has been ill several months. She is the mother of Mrs. Delia Liddell, Mrs. Letta Meyer, Frank and Earvin Murphy of Bridgeland ward. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Liddell en- tertained at a family dinner on Thanksgiving Day with the following fol-lowing relatives present: Mr. and Mrs. Abe Liddell of Roosevelt, Mr. and Mrs. 'Joe Shephard and Rulon Liddell of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Ken Huber of Lapoint, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Shephard and Billy. Thanksgiving dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Walters were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gillespie, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Jensen and daughter, Carolyn- of Tooele, Miss Vetda Skinner of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. JLeland Wright and children of Utahn, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Skinner of Roosevelt. Malcolm Walters returned to Tooele with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gillispie Friday returning home on Sunday with his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Walters of 'Sandy. Other guests at the Walters home over the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Leon Walters and children of Salt Lake City. Visitors at the home of Mrs. Ethel Taylor Thanksgiving were Mr. and Mrs. Orson Rawlins and children of Craig, Colo., Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Liddell, Mr. and Mrs. Glade Taylor and children. Thanksgiving day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee weTe Mrs. Elizabeth' Christensen, Mrs. Goldia McCourt, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Lisonbee, Rodney and Bertie Lisonbee, all of Salt Lake City. Afternoon visitors at the Lisonbee home were Mr. and Mrs. Vernal Bromely and Mrs. Elizabeth Eliza-beth Thomas of Dudhesne. Saturday visitors at the Lisonbee Lison-bee home were Mrs Darleen Thomas and sons, Darrel 'and Jackie of Duchesne, Frankie, Vicki and Deone Morrell. of Salt Lake City. Sunday visitors were Mr and Mrs. H. L. Lisonbee of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Lisonbee and children of Logan, Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Lisonbee and daughter, Daphne, Mrs. Bessie Conder and children of Bluebell. Mary Barker of Salt Lake City spent Thanksgiving vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Barker. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Brady of Midvale, Darleen and Carol Ann Brady of Salt Lake City spent Thanksgiving with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elden Brady. Wilma Meyer of Salt Lake City spent Thanksgiving with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meyer. Miss Joyce Beal of Salt Lake City was a Sunday overnight guest of Karren Liddell. Mrs. Evelyn Murphy was taken to Salt Lake City Monday of last week for medical treatment. She was able to return Wendesday. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Clayburn and children and J. R Clayburn made a trip to Provo Saturday to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Ward Johnson and Mrs. Zeda Brady arid family. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Clayburn and children went to Provo Thanks- giving to spend the day with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Thompson. Mrs. Letta Meyer went to Murray Mur-ray Sunday evening to visit her mother, Mrs. Jane Murphy. Mrs. Edith Brady, accompanied by her sister, Mrs. Alice Warren of Vernal, went to Provo Friday to visit their mother, Mrs. Emma Rasmussen. Mr.. and Mrs. Alma Smith were Salt Lake City visitors Friday. Thanksgiving day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith were Mr. and Mrs. Roe Smith and family, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Smith and family fam-ily of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Smith and family of Provo. Weekend visitors at the Smith home were Mr. and Mrs. Tom Abplanalp of Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Abplanalp of Helper. PARTY MARKS 7TH BIRTHDAY Mrs. Nelda Murphy entertained Sunday afternoon for her little daughter, Kathleen, on her ,7th birthday anniversary. Games and a delicious lunch were enjoyed by sixteen little friends. Thanksgiving dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Stansfield were Mr. and Mrs. Neldon Neilsen and children of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Neilsen and children of Myton, Mr. and Mrs. Orson Neilsen Neil-sen of Vernal. The children of Mr. and Mrs. Stansfield returned to Vernal with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Orson Neilsen. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Stansfield were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Turner of Vernal. Their children accompanied them home. Mrs. Bruce Fitzgerald and family fam-ily and James Giles were Thanksgiving Thanks-giving dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Martin at Myton. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wanless Shields on Thanksgiving Thanks-giving were Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Hansen and children of Mt. Emmons, Em-mons, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Shields of Arcadia and Mrs. Chastie Neilsen. Neil-sen. ' Mr. and Mrs. Albert Norton of Vernal were Thanksgiving Day guests of their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Niel-son. Niel-son. Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Lamb and Mrs. Bryrell Lamb went to Salt Lake City last week to visit their son-in-law, Merlin Huber, who is confined in a Salt Lake City hospital with a broken leg. |
