While there the bone will have to be broken over and reset and a silver plate put in. i Neil and Lloyd Duncan, who have been attending the BYU this fall, came home to spend Thanksgiving. Thanks-giving. They returned Sunday accompanied ac-companied by their parents, Mr. and Mrs. McNeil Duncan. Neil and Lloyd's grandomther, Mrs. Peter Ducan, and daughter, La Rene, went as far as Orem with them and will remain there for a while visiting with Mrs. Duncan's daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James Mecham. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Bingham and family went to Alterra on Thanksgiving Day and had dinner with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. "harles Bingham. Twenty-two relatives of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Allred spent Thanksgiving Thanks-giving day at the their home and were entertained at a big feast. Those who attended were Mr. and Mrs. Karl Smith and family of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Orvis Allred and daughter from Orem, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Brocko of Ogden, Mr. and Mrs. Oral All-red All-red of Farmington, N.M., along with Wesley's mother, Sarah All-red All-red of Ogden, who is now 87 years old. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Halverson on Thanksgiving Thanks-giving day were their daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Errand Labrum and children, Blaine, Terry and Nikkie of Midvale, Marilyn I Nelson of Draper, Kent Burgen of Midvale and Sharene Hoffman I from Draper. I Miss Marilyn Peterson and Bobby Shivers, who have been attending the USAC this fall, came home for the Thanksgiving holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Evan Olsen had their baby blessed Sunday at Fast Meeting, and given the name of Stewart E. Olsen. Mr .and Mrs. Thuman Peterson and daughter Karen went to Price Saturday to attend the bridal shower given in honor of Marene Anderson. She is engaged to their son, Dick, who is stationed at the present with the armed forces in Hawaii. Mrs. Patra Olsen, who has been visiting in Salt Lake and Tooele for the past two weeks, returned home Sunday. Her sister, who is 82 years old fell and broke her leg in two places, and her arm.. Mrs. Olsen will remain here for a short while and then return to Tooele to take care of her sister. Mr. and Mrs. Squire Mangum went to Salt Lake Monday to accompany ac-company their son, Norman, who has been with the air force for the past 4 years. Norman has been released, and has gone to Salt Lake to seek employment- The kindergarten and 1st grade of the Neola elementary school held a food sale last week to raise money to get their parents Christmas Christ-mas presents. Miss Shirley Oloward and La-V6n La-V6n Dye came in from Provo to spend Thanksgiving with their parents. par-ents. Mr. and Mrs. Don Horrocks and three small sons came in from Provo last week to spend Thanksgiving Thanks-giving with their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Hancock and children from Murray visited at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Whiting for Thanksgiving. Last Wednesday the 6th grade at the Neola school put on a little play and program for the parents. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Evan Olsen during the Thanksgiving holidays were Mrs. Olsen's father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Todd, and family from Salt Lake, and Sharrol and Carol from Provo; Mr. and Mrs. Dean Frandsen and children and Mr. and Mrs. Rollin Buchanan and children. |
