Now from the new South comes a delectable variation on the fried chicken theme. It U called Southern Chicken Casserole 1 fryer disjointed cup flour salt and pepper 4 tablespoons fortified margarine 1 small bay leaf 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 'a cup water 1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces) Season the flour with salt and pepper.
