Show Ballard Ellen Bracken Mr. and Mrs. Richard Klingler and baby, of Rexburg, Idaho, have been guests of Mr. Kling-lers Kling-lers sister, Mrs. Boyd Winn. The KHnglers plan to move to the Basin in the near future. Bishop Arthur Wiscombe is working at the Red Devil Cement plant near Morgan. Mrs. Claude has been confined to her bed for several days with flu. Mr. and Mrs. Junior Betts have moved to Tridell for the winter. Karl Shislcr arrived home on the 13th to spend 2 weeks with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Shisler. Karl has been working in New Orleans, La. Glen and Betty Eldredge, Howard How-ard Todd and Carol Bellon, students stu-dents at the A.C. at Logan, are home for the holidays. SSgt. and Mrs. Elmer Me-cham Me-cham and three children of Farfield, Calif, are visiting here with relatives. Mr. Mecham is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Mecham, of Upalco, and Mrs. Mecham is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hatch, of Ballard. The annual Relief Society Christmas party was held December De-cember 14 with over 30 ladies in attendance. An excellent program pro-gram was presented after which gifts were exchanged. Mrs. Alice Labrum, of Roosevelt, and Mrs. James Giles, of Myton, were special guests. Russell Todd cut the end off one finger on his left hand while operating a plane at the Russell Robison home at Ioka, Saturday. John H. Cook has received word that the Johnnie Lubnies-Wskis Lubnies-Wskis have a baby boy. They i have recently moved back to Kenosha, Wis. where they have : purchased a home. Max and Keith Todd enjoyed a trip during1 the week Max went to Salt Lake, while Keith went on to Logan to find a i place to stay so he can go to school winter quarter. Sunday school faculty meeting meet-ing was neld Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. Azel Seeley. Word has been received of the serious illness of Mrs. Hannah Han-nah Angus, of Vernal. Lee Angus nnd her other children are with i her. jdonnie Hullinger and Barbie White are home from the BYU to spend the holidays. |
