Show Altonah Mrs. Ethel Beebe Mrs.Fenton Powell has been visiting in Sunnyside with her sister, Mrs. Verl Christiansen, who is quite ill. Mr. and Mrs. Aldon Carroll, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Beebe, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Beebe, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Clark, Mrs. Dallas Ames, Mrs. Mary Young, Mrs. Fern Miller, Mrs. Vendetta Clark, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Al-lred, Al-lred, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ralphs and Mr. and Mrs. Drue Allred attended PTA meeting at Alta-mont Alta-mont Monday night. Mr. and Mrs. Lott Powell, Mr. and Mrs. John Powell and Mrs. Linford Maxfield returned Tuesday Tues-day from a week's trip to Salt Lake, and Preston, Idaho. Lott purchased a new Mercury sedan and trailer while away. Mrs. Reva Owens, of Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, county hot lunch supervisor, super-visor, was in Altonah one day last week. Mr. and Mrs. Drue Allred made a business trip to Salt Lake Tuesday, returning home the following fol-lowing day. Lee Carroll registered for the draft Wednesday in Duchesne. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Burgess left Wednesday to spend Christmas Christ-mas with relatives in Price. They are going to spend the winter in Arizona and New Mexico. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Ludvig-snn Ludvig-snn and familv. of Lavton. moved to Altonah Wednesday to take care of the Lott Powell farm for the winter while the Powells, parents of Mrs. Ludvigson, spend the winter in New Mexico and Arizona. Lee Jessen was at the Ferrell Hatch ranch in Upalco, Thursday Ed Davis accompanied Jim Leonakis to Salt Lake last week for a visit. E. L. Murphy, of Upalco, was in town on business Wednesday. Mrs. Clarence Smith was an overnight guest Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Or-vcl Or-vcl Stone, of Duchesne. Charley and Udell Allred arrived ar-rived Friday from the USAC at Logan to spend the holidays at home. ,. The Primary officers and teachers held a preparation meet at the home of Mrs. Florence Mohlman, Wednesday night. The lesson was on "Discipline." Mrs. Mohlman, Primary president, presented each member with a gift. Refreshments were served. |
