Ashby has been employed em-ployed as engineering aid to ivork with Grant E. Chugg on J the engineering phases of soil mservation work. He will be headquartered at the Roosevelt office. Mr, Ashby worked sev- eral years with the Bureau of Seclamation prior to his employ-nect employ-nect with the SCS.
