Show FAIRVIKW i By Special CorrespoMdenea The tubercular tests of dairy cattle in Fairview, Indianola. and Oakvillft were completed last week. 1750 cattle cat-tle were tested with only three reactions. reac-tions. Drs. C. L. Jones, W. E. Thorpe E. S. Libby and D. L. Nebecker did the testing. They say the percentage Is much smaller than at the last test. A miscellaneous shower was given in honor of Miss Orba Sanders Thursday Thurs-day evening at the home of Mr. Jack Sanders. Tweny-five guests enjoyed the entertainment. The cousins of Miss Orba Sanders gave a shower in her honor at the home of Miss Mildred Tucker Saturday Satur-day evening. The evening was enjoy-ably enjoy-ably spent listening to radio music and playing progressive 500. High score was won by Miss Ila Miner and the consolation prize by Miss Verl Miner. The Mutuals of tne two Fairview wards gave a very successful Halloween dancing party at the Fairview Amusement Amuse-ment hall Thursday evening. Very unique decorations were used, creating creat-ing an atmosphere of ghosts and gob-blins. gob-blins. Music was furnished by the Paradise Gardens Orchestra. Mrs. Otto Clark entertained at a D.Uoween party for the Gleaner girls of the Fairview South ward, at her home Tuesday evening. Games and xfreshmcnts were enjoyed by fifteen guests including the mutual officers of the Ward as special guests. Hazard Bills died suddenly at his home Thursday morning. He rose as usual that morning, did his morning chores, came in for his breakfast and died in his chair a few minutes later. The doctor was called and said that Mr. Bills had had a stroke. Hazard Bills was the son of Wesley and Sarah Wilcox Bills. He was born in Fairview, September 9th, 1870. and was married to Martha Vance, Sep-'?mber Sep-'?mber 20, 1891. They have on(. dnpUxi child. Jack Vance Bills. He is also survied by his parents and the following brothers and sisters: ViXt. Mary Jensen of Shelley, Idaho, James Bills of Fountain Green, Mrs. Clarissa Davidson of Mt. Pleasant, Mr. Charles Bills of Milburn, Mrs. Janet Day of LaSal. Funeral services will be held Sunday in the North ward chapel with Bishop Henry Jones in charge. The A. B. club had their Halloween luncheon at the home of Miss Perl Larsen. Halloween decorations, Ja-vors, Ja-vors, and games were featured. Two new members, Miss Eulalla Tucker and Mrs. Oleah Cox, have Joined. Mrs. Royal Candland of Mt.
