Show Parent Teachers Activities The Parent Teachers organization organiza-tion of our community lias just completed a survey of the homes to determine what classes would be desired for an evening in Adult Education which is to be held every Monday evening in the North Sanpete High School. The classes in Literature, Home Making and Physical Education were enthusiastically begun this week with a good attendance. The classes for the men were well received by those present and it is expected that the program as large crowd to all future meetings. Three courses were offered which should be of interest to all men in the community: first, some course in Agriculture which may include feeding, potatoe grow ing and poultry. Second, a course in Farm Mechanics such as mending harnesses, wiring a house, sharpening tools and other repair work. Third, a course in modern business problems such as filing an income tax report (which every male citizen is compelled to do,) measuring hay, reading tax notices and forms of legal and everday business. The next P. T. A. meeting will be held Monday, February 1, and a good crowd is expected to be present as all adults are urged to take advantage of these classes. |
