The tax commissioners came to Richfield from Price, where a meeting had been held the day before, be-fore, and Mr. Critchlow states that commissioners, clerks and as-sesors as-sesors of the eastern counties are very much interested hi having some arrangements made to the effect that taxes be paid in Installments Install-ments and that a discount be permitted per-mitted to taxpayers who pay in advance of the due date, which is usually November 30.
