Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Kay of Mona are the proud parents of a baby girl. Mrs. Kay was formerly Miss Almina Johnsen of our city. Orlando and Dr. Grover Christensen Chris-tensen of Salt Lake City spent the week end with their mother, Mrs. Maria Christensen. Refreshments were served. Darwin Christensen is in Salt Lake City in a hospital. He has undergone a sineus operation. The night school classes under the Parent Teachers association was well attended Monday night at the Moroni high school. Several Sever-al people from Manti were in attendance. at-tendance. Twins, a boy and a girl, were born to Mr. and Mrs. Harmon last week. The Moroni high school play, "All of a Sudden Peggy," under the direction of Miss Eva Barrett, was presented by the following students last week: Archie, Mont Kellett; Lucas, Morris Anderson; Jimmy, Emmert Draper; Parker, Owen Christensen; Lord Anthony CrackenThorp. Miss Alice Larsen has returned home from Salt Lake City where she has had employment for the past two years. Theran Syme is very sick at his home. |
