Show FOUNTAIN GREEN Pari Holman is home from Salt Lake City for Thanksgiving. Mrs. J. N. Dorius and children spent Thanksgiving week with Mrs. Dorius' parents at Wales. All of the Public School Teachers were in Salt Lake City at the Convention Con-vention during the week. Mildred Allred has spent this week with her parents. I The following students are spending spend-ing vacation with their parents here, Cleo Hansen, Leah Sorensen, Lloyd Collard, Peter Christensen and Ethel , Draper. Laura Hansen came .home Wednesday Wed-nesday from ttie hospital at Mount Pleasant. She had been suffering j with an attack of Typhoid fever, but is recovering. ! N. M. Jensen's new modern bungalow bunga-low on main street is completed and I the family expect to occupy it in the near future. J. T. Oldroyd will occupy oc-cupy Mr. Jensen's old home. The Primary Association gave a program and dance Monday afternoon after-noon and evening in the old school house. This was the beginning of the social events for Thanksgiving. Mr. and Mrs. John Oldroyd, Mrs. Mary Oldroyd, Mrs. Elnora Morgan, Mrs. Jos. Collard and Milton Oldroyd were Monroe visitors during the past week. The Home Economics Association gave a social and dance In the old school house Wednesday evening. All present had an enjoyable time. The evening was spent in dancing, playing games, which were followed by a splendid luncheon. 1 |
